School needs to

fire Chartwells

Parents need to force the school system into firing Chartwell. The only way this will happen is if the parents send lunches and not use their service until they are fired. It is all about money. Stand up for your child.

Unsanitary should

work both ways

Why can law enforcement arrest parents and take away their children when their house is unsanitary, yet when an entire town of children are fed mouse infested food no one is held accountable?

Help! Police never

Did kids eat

any of that?

Yeah, this deal about the Chartwell's and our school district and all those mouse droppings and everything else. I think Superintendent Hon and Chartwells all ought to be fired! Their contract with Chartwells ought to be terminated immediately! This is the first time in 30 years that they say this has been done. That's just because an employee turned them in is the only reason that we're finding this out now! I say they ought to be terminated and Mr. Hon for backing 'em up they way he is -- I wonder who's getting the cutback out of this? This sounds a little fishy to me, don't it? All of this stuff and none of it got into the public schools? Hey, all them thousands of mouse droppings didn't happen over night. That's been going over for several years! Remember the one out there at 11th and Hwy. 53? A big restaurant here in town -- they closed it down completely and put it out of business. But here's our school district and they say none of the kids got any of this -- I don't buy that! That's probably why a lot of kids are sick. They need to fire 'em and terminate their contract as far as Superintendent Hon everything and all if he wants to put up with it, let him go eat that contaminated food, but I don't want my kids or grandchildren eatin' it. Thank you. God bless America, but I say terminate their contracts!

I'm calling about the article in the paper about the rodent infestation at the school. #1. That should never have happened! It's been going on for a long time and the school board let that man keep his job?! That is totally wrong! He should have been fired! #2. Where were the d**** inspectors? Why was his place never inspected? They had to wear gas masks to go in there. I can't believe the school board is letting that man continue to provide food for our children and I think everyone in Poplar Bluff School system should ban the school lunch program. If I had children in school they would NOT be eating the school lunch program!
