This for the "definition of marriage." Who left her, the holy roller, to tell everybody what the definition of the Bible is? Maybe she should read a different Bible.

No to refugees;

I'd like to know what is wrong with our federal government bringing all them refugees from overseas over here and expecting the United States to feed 'em and house 'em and to take care of 'em when there are people right here in our neighborhood that needs help and can't get no help. What's wrong with our President? Is he totally blind about everything? Our Congress and Senate needs to step up to the plate in both parties and veto his bill and say no you're not bringing them people over here for us to feed and take care of. We can't take care of our own let alone them. Thank you to Speak Out and I hope it's a printed.

DAR, I respect that you use Speak Out to gather the thoughts and opinions of our local residents. I do. However, I can't begin to grasp why you would print thoughts (if you can call most that) such as the one regarding Pres. Obama and executive orders to become a dictator. Hidden in the message was the word 'invalad', which I assume is verbatim. Do you intentionally pick these for the laugh, both in substance and errors? Opinions such as the described should be printed in the funny papers. Perhaps the DAR should start publishing articles about how our government works (doesn't). Lord knows this area could use some good ole 7th grade edjumicating. Executive order to end elections. Pffft
