Why does city

ask gag order?

So why does the City want a gag order on the Sheriff's office over Kaplan's misdeeds? Do they have something to hide? Did the City Council vote on whether or not to pursue this gag order or was it Robert Smith trying to protect the city council people that want to be a hindrance to the economic advancement of our fair city? If you haven't broken the law, what do you have to hide? If you aren't ashamed of your actions, open the doors and let the world see what is on your record.

I read the front page article on Kaplan. Well, it seems to me the that it's time for the Sheriff's Office to complete their work and put this crooked thief behind bars. Thank you.
