Should I sue the car wash?

I hope you'll print this, Speak Out, because trying to help local businesses survive in this economy is something I try to do, but right at the moment I'm a little bit more angry with them than helpful. The car wash on 67 S --whoever the owner is--needs to get in there and maintain his equipment. Having just split my hand open on a hose that has exposed steel cord on it and is ruptured is a good reason for people NOT to go to your business. I mean, my goodness, selector knobs that are broken or non functional, a ruptured hose, the dirty filthy stalls. Yeah, I know it's only a car wash, but send a maintenance man down there before a lawyer shows up and sues you for any more people who cut themselves wide open on your equipment. I mean really if it wasn't for the fact I have insurance and just said it was an accident maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to contact my lawyer and see if maybe something should be done. Well, anyway, like I said, maybe the novocaine will make some of the edge off of this, but you just shouldn't be allowing that in the public sector where people can injure themselves on your equipment which is your responsibility to maintain. Think about it. You might have a lawyer come knocking on your door.
