No more TV Guide channel

Everything is going to pot in this STUPID town! Now the TV channels have all messed up. No more TV Guide channel. I have to go through all the channels to find anything worth watching by then half of it is over. TV Guides are too expensive to buy every week. Half the screens are bland and black--no signal it says. I hate New Wave! Please print this! How many more are disgusted?

Where's local weather on TV

I am very unhappy that New Wave took out the local weather/radar off their TV line up. I understand they added a couple of channels that I will never, ever in a million years, watch, so that doesn't mean a thing to me and I cannot believe that we live in a tornado alley and yet we can't have radar. It's not that we can't get our local time and temp from the weather channel and that has nothing to do with it. It has to do with the fact that with the weather channel (the local weather) the radar is always going. It's kind of a big deal in this kind of storm center that we live in and also I super-duper hate that they took the channel guide off, so now I'm really hoping the newspaper will start printing the TV Guide again on Fridays like they used to, but them they didn't have to because it was on the TV. The TV had the guide channel. I do not care for the new line up at all! Thank you.

Speak Out, it's my considered opinion that taxation without representation is what you have any time the legislature monkeys with taxes. And I say that because special interests are the ones who front the money that puts the politicians in office; therefore the politicians are beholden to those special interests. These gentlemen on this transportation committee, it would be really good if the DAR could print where their campaign contributions came from. You talk about engineering firms, road material suppliers, paving companies, steel suppliers and bridge work and so on because if that's where their money comes from to be elected they don't represent me and you they represent those companies. And the only way you could have fairness would be a public vote. Obviously, the bureaucrats cannot be trusted at any level state or federal. [laughter] Or even in the city and county for that matter in this part of the world. Good day.

No complaints about DMV

[email] With all the negative comments about the service at the DMV I just had to write in to say that I was greeted with a friendly "hello" when I walked in the door and had my license plates renewed in less than 5 minutes! This wasn't my first experience with the DMV; my previous visit was just as fast and friendly. No complaints here!
