Water should

be city's No. 1

It's been said for years that we need a new water system in Poplar Bluff. I would think this would have been number one on the city's list to take care of. I've paid $35 for water and sewer. I have a very bad water.

Water should be more important than anything else. Don't spend every penny and then expect to raise our bills and taxes to pay for a new water system. I'm just using common sense. It's time to back up and regroup on what's most important you can do for Poplar Bluff citizens.
