Lies and HIPAA

Speak Out. Such a person can call another person's physician and make up lies on that person. What happened to the HIPAA Law? It takes a rotten person to do such a thing as this. And we can all be for sure that they are rotten! So, people, watch your neighbors and watch your friends and your relatives. Thank you.

It's out of our control. Really?

Yes, I have something to say about this New Wave TV Cable that we have. I just found out that if we drop the upper package to go to the lower package, there will be a $25 reconnecting fee and every time we call them they always say "It's out of their control," about anything that's on TV. It's out of their control. So why are we paying them for if it's out of their control.

It's just like if I had a business or anything it is my responsibility just like it's their responsibility to take care the TV program. It's not out of their control unless they don't know what they are doing. And, too, I know that at the end of the year they are gonna raise their fees. I understand it will be $74 a month. For what? We don't get nothing.

So I'm gonna do like the old-fashioned people do. I'm either gonna get an antenna or go back to the old-fashioned rabbit ears or go to a different company 'cause this company stinks! Thank you very much.

North Korea. I tell you when is America gonna learn you can't go over to a foreign country especially one like North Korea and do in there and do stuff that's against their law and then not expect to be arrested and be put in their labor camps. And, then turn around and hollar to the United States, oh, do everything you can. Please come and get us we're about to the end of our rope like they're gonna commit suicide or something. They shouldn't even go there to start with.

You know I believe in the Lord. I'm a good Christian myself, but you know you just cannot go over there and break people's laws and get away with it.

You know if they come here and break a law they go to jail. It's the same way with our people. Americans, you've got to realize you can't go to North Korea and break laws and do things they don't like and get away with it. You're gonna go to their concentration camps. When you do--if you do the crime, you serve the time. Just like here in the United States. I don't feel sorry for those Americans over there whatsoever. If they did something wrong, and they admit it on television that they did something wrong they oughta have to stay there and do the punishment. Thank you. God bless America. Bye.

Why would anybody be stupid to honor a contract in good faith when the contract is totally illegal? Wake up, DAR!

Is anyone else in Poplar Bluff as upset with New Wave Cable as I am? And by that I mean, these rolling outages that are affecting from one channel, another channel to another channel in cycles down the line from everything from loss of video/audio to the complete picture and signal as well. I mean, really, is it proper to be bragging when you call their system about their new purchases in Texas, Lousiana, Alabama, Mississippi or wherever on the planet when we're getting such poor service here in Poplar Bluff? I mean I'm getting a little tired of every time I call technical service getting the same excuse. We're suffering from solar flares! Really?! I mean c'mon! Give me a break! People are upset enough with the way this system was sold and it's getting a little thin when they keep using the same excuse time after time.

So c'mon, New Wave, offer us service that is at least equal to satellite because, guess what? That's where you're gettin' your signal. We deserve better. We're just not getting it from New Wave, are we?!

C'mon, people, get a grip!

Okay, Poplar Bluff wants to go no smoking. Bad for your lungs. Bad for the air and all this other stuff. Look at the front page of today's paper, the DAR, clearing the fields. That isn't messing up your lungs and the atmosphere and everything else?

C'mon, people, get a grip! You don't want us to smoke? Then why don't we stop the farmers from burning their fields. Tell 'em to plow the damn things! Thank you.
