T-shirts, jeans?

Oh, my goodness! Why is the SHO-ME Marching Band wearing blue T-shirts and blue jeans on the football field representing Poplar Bluff? It's the SHO-ME Marching Band. They are the pride of Poplar Bluff. At least "were" 35 years ago. Let's get back to maroon and white! They just played the song about our alma mater and maroon and white. What is the deal?!

Move fair

The Butler County Fair -- if we can split it into two parts why can't we just move the whole thing put it all back into one county fair and them move the whole thing to October where it will be cooler and better on the animals and the people? I bet if you took an opinion poll you would find that a lot more people would go if it was in October where you didn't have all the bugs and the hot heat and everything else and I'd bet you'd get a lot more people to show up to it.

Why don't we try that instead of splitting it into two? Thank you.
