Convicted felon, disgraced Chamber executive, who also owes state of Mo. over $5K, arrested numerous other times also.

Failed businessman owes city over $200K.

And these folks are starting a business. What image does this send of Poplar Bluff and to businesses that might want to locate here.

And, a current councilman, also a failed businessman, is selling adds for this "new newspaper" at the same time working for the guy who owes the city a lot of money. Is this ethical?

What is this city coming too?

Yeah, it looks like if you want to win a bid on the city projects, you bid low and then just come back with a bunch of change orders. Something wrong, people.
