installers are making mess

I live out on CR 468 out by Westwood Hills Country Club and Ozark Borders and M & A or somebody is putting up fiber optic line in. Nobody asked. Nobody knows. It's just running this bloomin' thing all the way making one grand mess and I guess that's the way they leave it. You can drive by and look where they finished and places that I mowed you can't get a backhoe in there hardly. They've ridged it up and this, that and another. I just want to complain about it. It's, you know, they're supposed to be on their line, but they're not they're over it, but they're leaving it and they are not leaving it anywhere like they found it and that's what they are supposed to be doing. Thank you.

I just wanted to say I love that Speak Out put the letter in the paper about Ellsinore. Everybody thinks it, but nobody's got the guts to say it, but at least it's out there. Thank you.

Sidewalks

Why would we need to raise taxes here in Poplar Bluff? If we have enough money to make a walk for miles around here we should be able to fix streets and do a few other things that we need and couldn't get done. Who made these decisions for this walk? We want to know. Was it the old city council or some other group? Publish it for us to know. Thank you.
