Does county have double standard?

When it comes to setting standards the Butler County Commission are experts. As a matter of fact, they believe in having two standard! One for them and one for their employees -- otherwise known as a double standard. All county employees were given a county hand book which clearly states on page nine "employees are expected to act with courtesy to other employees, office holders, and the public." How ridiculous does this seem given the fact that Presiding Commissioner Ed Strenfel launched the most negative campaign ever against Sheriff Dobbs just after passing said manuals out to his employees. It's nearly laughable that the commission would publish a manual setting professional standards and promoting policies of "thou shall not bash elected officials" only to have their leader Ed Strenfel run a constant schedule of negative ads, many of which were proven to be false. Oh ya, and then there was the phony web address Strenfels campaign created which contained the sheriffs name, yet when typed into a computer redirected you to Strenfels website. How's that for professional conduct? Recently the double standard was reaffirmed when Highway Superintendent Bill Taylor (Strenfels right hand man) called members of the P.B. city council "the five stooges" on social media. Although I don't agree with the actions of the city council I do respect the office and I don't think a supervisor in county government should be able to comment in such a fashion as to ruin the working relationship between city and county government. In summary the rules should pertain to all!!!!

Thank you.
