Refugees in

our country

Since about the early 1980s we have under the United Nations Refugee Act having been bringing in 100,000 a year from around the world. There are now 700 refugee camps holding 42.5 million people who migrated from around the globe. There is no end in sight to the flow of people that your tax dollars bringing in here. I think that Congress needs to address stopping these people from being dumped on us. In the meantime our taxes are gonna keep going up because our taxes pay to do this, to bring these people in here, to feed 'em, to house 'em, to medicate 'em and I do think it is time for people to be aware of the people that are being brought in here in huge numbers. If you've never heard of the Refugee Resettlement Watch it's a site worth your time because it will inform you what's going on.

Wiper law

not enforced

Doesn't the police department in Poplar Bluff know that the state law says if it's raining and you have wipers on you must have your headlights on? Do they not realize that is a state law and it doesn't have to be at night? It says if you use your wipers you are to have your headlights on and that means if have the wipers in rain or in fog you still use your headlights, day or night. And, if they need more money they need to just start ticketing everybody who uses their wipers and has no headlights on. Today, I counted 175 of them before I pulled off into my driveway. Two of them were Poplar Bluff Police cars--neither of them had their headlights on but they were running their wipers. Nice to know that they don't have to follow the law. Just thought I'd say something. Bye.
