Rainy days and traffic tickets

I know two ways the Poplar Bluff Police officers could make a fortune in this town. All you would have to do is to go down to your major intersections on a day like today, it's Friday and it's raining, and just start ticketing people who are driving without their headlights on. You would make a fortune! Because every other car does not have its headlights on and the state law says when the windshield wipers are to be used when it's raining you are to have your lights on.

The other way to make a fortune. Just go to the schools in the morning or in the afternoon and stand right over there by the handicapped parking and see how many of those parents who do not have any type of handicap placard or license plate just whisk up there to drop off or pick up their kids. They are very bold in the morning about stopping in the handicapped spots. I think that is really bad. I think they should get big tickets. The people who are crippled and disabled they fought long and hard to get the disability parking places and I don't think just because you are a little lazy that you have the right to take that right from them. Thank you.
