To the Editor:

Naylor Senior Citizens Center would like to thank everyone that was involved in our Miles for Meals walk that was held on April 23, 2013. The Naylor Elementary has always our big support in our walks in the past and they were again this year. A very big thanks and appreciation goes out to the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th grade classes and their teachers. We would like to thank the elementary principal John McKinney and his staff for working with the center to make this walk possible. We must not forget all the parents and supporter of the children. Also you would like to thank Naylor Quick Connection,, Mo-Ark Provision for food and drinks and People's Community State Bank for their donation of money we used to buy a bike. We must thank all the ladies that help cook the hot dogs, served the drinks and that make cookies and cupcakes. All the money that was collected says at the Naylor Senior Center to help supply Meals on Wheels for the elderly. Mrs. Campbell's 6th grade class collected over $800 so they received a pizza party donated by John McKinney. Faith Sullivan collected $147 and she received a bike. The children raised $3291.39. May we say that we greatly appreciated every one's thoughtfulness and kindness.
