I just want to say thank you Police Chief Danny Whiteley for that sign you put up in front of our police department: Poplar Bluff City Police Department God Bless America. We think you are a wonderful police chief. We thank you for standing true to the Christian values that our country was founded on. We are proud that you put that sign up there. Thank you again, Police Chief Danny Whiteley. Merry Christmas.

Remembering secret santa

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the item "Secret Santa" in Poplar Bluff. Ivan Sharp and Dr. Cyril Post, I fondly remember. Dr. Post was our family doctor for many years. He'd come to the house and didn't cost hundreds of dollars and he was a very understanding doctor. Good to know his son's still around and remembers the good things he did. He's not the only one. I remember, too.
