Cancer survivor appreciates salon

To the Editor:

Cancer is not just breast cancer. There are all kinds of cancer, it happens to all ages: young and old, babies, children, mean and women. We never think our love ones, friends and neighbors would cancer, it could happen anytime.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer six years ago. God blessed me. The doctor found mine early and they got it.

The ladies at J. C. Penneys Style Salon is taking their time and talent to give free haircuts and style to women and men who have had breast cancer for the month of October.

Latiya Harris, Monica Cradduck, Brandi McNeal-Burkhart, Sarah Willard, Brittane Miller, Shelley R. Fisher-Dille, Kayleigh Abner, Haley Case, Midcey Broeker, Sarah Flores, Loina Hornbeck and Amanda Brown.

I want to thank all the ladies at J. C. Penneys Style Salon for what you are doing for breast cancer.

Your love and kindness is appreciated very much.
