Eugene Field thanks chili supper backers

To the Editor,

Eugene Field Elementary PTO would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for pulling together and helping us have an awesome Chili Supper and Silent Auction on Thursday, March 8th! Without the help and support of many local businesses, volunteers, and our most gracious community, we would not have been able to finally purchase a new curtain for our stage. (A huge thanks to Myatt's Drapery for the beautiful curtain and wonderful installation!) There are so many individuals who have helped us, along with the following businesses: Chartwell's Food Service, Luna Photography, Rowland Family Dentistry, Whitworth's Gift Chest Jewelers, Butler County Implement, Wal-Mart, Hastings, Let's Bounce, Ozark Border Electric, E L Acapulco Restaurant, Tonya Worley Photography, Orschelin Farm and Home, Poplar Bluff Massage, PB Fit, Hicks Animal Hospital and O'Reilly Auto Parts. If we have left anyone out, it was not intentional in any way. We are so appreciative of all the help we have received! Our next event will be our student Talent Show on April 26th @ 6:00pm. We encourage everyone to come out and see our new curtain!
