You know it seems like this reserve fund that Butler County has. It's just seems like for a rainy day. Well, guess what, Butler County? It's raining! You need to cut loose with some of that reserve fund.

Now, why is the city council so afraid to let registered voters decide the dispute with Semo.net? Is there corruption involved? Or are they just afraid they won't be able to ramrod what they want?
