Check shooting

incident closer

I seen in today's paper where a lady was being charged with shooting her boyfriend because, supposedly, he was gonna stab a dog. I think they need to look at that a little bit deeper. That doesn't sound right. Thank you.

Good deed left

me humbled

I was at Kroger recently and did not have enough cash to pay for all of my purchases. I proceeded to put back some items until I got to the point I had enough cash to cover everything. As I was putting my groceries into my car, one of the employees came running out with the two bags of groceries that I had put back because I couldn't pay for them. Someone had seen the situation and had paid for those items. I have never been more humbled in all my life. To think that there was a Good Samaritan that paid for my purchases. Thank you, whoever you were. God bless you.

Sandy Faust,

crew thanked

Hello. I would like to say thank you to Sandy Faust and her crew that worked for Twin Rivers Elementary that helped put that school back together as fast as they could. They worked every day into the night. They worked weekends, trying to get it together so they could get back into the school. Nobody give a thank you to them or nothing. Walmart came out and gave the teachers a $100 a piece. Nobody recognized the crew of Sandy Faust and her kids. Nothing. Not nothing. And, I think, it's not right not to praise the ones who worked their hind ends off. I hope you put this in the paper because they deserve recognition. That's Sandy Faust and her crew. Thank you.

Elderly can't

afford items

Please, please do not allow your child to ask elderly neighbors to buy articles they are selling for their school. Elderly people do not need and cannot afford candles, candy and other such articles. It is embarrassing to both these precious children and also the elderly person. Thank you.
