Go Blue Day: dedicated to preventing child abuse

The Children’s Division Office of Poplar Bluff placed blue pinwheels Friday in along a stretch of North Westwood Boulevard for Go Blue Day, which is dedicated to preventing child abuse. April is Child Abuse Prevention Month.
